The Truth

mt. davidson is the current singer of these songs and has been for the past ten years.  in this time, he has had the privilege of appearing before audiences world-wide.  people who have heard him sing have used words like "mercurial" and "eerie" to describe the sound of his voice. it is not a forceful voice, but moves in the air with a certain deliberation.  aside from twain, mt. has been seen performing with the likes of Spirit Family Reunion, the Low Anthem, and Annie & the Beekeepers.  

Life Labors in the Choir is the fifth album of songs from twain.  it has a lot to do with death and the unattainable present.  it also has to do with the boundaries of love, deceptive feelings of loss, water, and many other things.  it features the consummate playing of Ken Woodward and Pete Pezzimenti and was expertly recorded by Adrian Olsen.  available here twain.bandcamp.com
