"Zess music Trinidadian style that originated in the country's slums in the late 2010s, defined by its sexual, violent, and occasionally gang-related lyrics and its influence from Soca, as well as occasional influences from Hip Hop and Funk brasileiro."

Some Zess music have made thier way into mainstream dancehall like Throat - Gage.

Zess bounce appears to be a combination of zess, New Orleans bounce and Jersey club rhythms. Notable creators and songs of this style are Ziafyah's "Do You Remember the Time?" remix and Pr0d.k4y's "More Than a Woman" & "My Neck, My Back" sampled "Bounce It Zess Bounce". This new subgenre has developed only with last year or so. Great Records!

This is my zessbounce take of Jeremih's & Mustards "Don't Tell Em".
It begins with a nola bounce drumbreak that can be looped to transition to and from nola bounce or dancehall.
