This contains a sample of an olive oil bottle being filled from a full sink of water. It created an interesting rhythm that I felt could be used in a track. So I guess this falls into the sample I've been putting off using. I've also been bothered by not allowing enough space in my tracks—so this was also an attempt at minimalism. Not sure if I fully realised that goal.

Murder Inc were a Christchurch New Zealand band who moved to Australia in 1988. After a couple of years and several line up changes they did the sensible thing and split. Burning Down The Blues was mastered at Damien Gerard in Balmain under the watchful eye of Russell Pilling. It contains tracks recorded in Chch and Sydney over the bands life time. Dedicated to memories of Jamie Verheyde and Michael O'Grady.
