Distilled Screams

Washington, DC, August 2019: I N V A D E R, the second album from Twill Distilled’s discography, shares messages of honesty, vindication, and confidence. Dropping August 28, 2019 the album welcomes listeners into a world of absolute reflection. Inspired by Twill’s experiences while working in the NYC fashion industry, the album lets the listener experience the emotions many young people feel while struggling to enter adulthood for their first time. 

“All of my life I have always struggled between picking between my two passions,” explains Twill. “I eventually decided to focus on art and fashion. However, when I finally ‘made’ it and was living out my dream, I truly felt trapped in a nightmare. Part of that is what inspired this album” 

The album includes 15 songs that focus in on the range of emotions and struggles Twill has encouraged in her career. Several tracks feature other Indie Pop, RnB, and Hip-Hop artists such as Schaffer the Dark Lord, Shawn Solo, Lex the Lexicon Artist, Lex Lingo, and more. 

During this year while promoting the album, Twill has been performing many of her new tracks from the album both in solo shows and group shows with Nerdcore HipHop group, Wreck the System. From mainstage MAGFest 2019, BitGen Gamer Fest, and even DragonCon, each track has been met with joy and screaming fans who can not get enough of the music Twill delivers on stage.

About Twill Distilled: Twill Distilled is a Dirty-Pop and Hip-Hop singer, songwriter, and producer. Twill works full time as a Graphic Designer in the Washington DC area by day, and by night she lives her double life as a pop artist. She primarily produces Dirty Pop and EDM tracks, with a dash of hip-hop, and chiptune for flavor.
