The Black Keys

In the depths of Winter 2015 we had the privilege of being invited to play a show in an abandoned disused Victorian swimming pool in Belfast as part of the performing arts festival. It was used as a morgue during WW2 and has a rich history and it was an honour to play there. In the recording you can hear the wind rattle the roof and the songs swimming in the depths of the pool. One can almost feel the cold echo through the songs and we thank Charlie for organising it and all of the audience who froze themselves to sit and listen to us for an hour. For us it was like a dream, shadows of people perched over the pool like ravens watching us and the sounds swimming around us and echoing back. We loved it. We are grateful for the recording and the experience.
