Deltarune soon so I'm dropping some unreleased stuff. Here's a character that has existed from the start of this project. The main antagonist of ch6, THE SURGEANT. An old crazy coot from the looks of it but beneath his senile facade he is a cold and calculated general who's willing to keep the lightner and darkner war alive for as long as he still twitches and crackles with electricity. The twist was that he was a pure darkner and titan who once accompanied Gerson in his adventures through the bunker dark world that he opened. He lies still in his lighthouse waiting for the roaring so he may lead his troops into battle and fight along the king and queen of the titans. Maybe Ralsei can help. With a little persuasion that is.
