Our first mix installment of 2024 is from our good friend TheBusiness. Local to Odessa, Delaware, Mike Barry sculpts, manipulates, and designs compositions of various styles to express emotional feelings, periods of time, and experienced circumstances to create an "audio journal" for future reflections.

With styles ranging from Electro-Soul, Lo-Fi, Experimental Bass, House, D&B, Ambient/Downtempo, and more, this melting pot of sound and emotion has something that anyone can enjoy, anytime, at any place.

After being a huge fan of the Dune soundtrack I decided to sort of re imagine the sound design and create a bass tune that represented the energy I feel behind it.  This is in no way a flex at Hans Zimmer, his work is unparalleled..  Im only just creating a song based on what inspired me by the sound track, and everything you hear in this track I either played or was inspired by the soundtrack itself.
