a test recording trying to record this damn sample for the 2015 science lab challenge... Damn far from what came out next day... What will it be on the final recording beats me!!! I thought i was worth listening to...

We are not talking about a simple Looping device

Made with the analogrytm. Used only one voicesample. Science lab challenge 
Rules
The competition is open to anyone with an Elektron machine with sample capabilities (i.e. Octatrack, Machinedrum UW, Analog Rytm)
Each contestant may submit one track only
The track length must be between one and three minutes
The entire track must be created with one physical machine and only using the sample (i.e. no synthesis allowed)
The original sample must be uploaded to your machine without modification
No re-sampling allowed
No post-production or editing of the track is allowed
There will be one winner and two runners-up selected by a jury consisting of Elektron employees
The decision of the jury is final
All submitted tracks will be uploaded and available for public listening on the Elektronauts SoundCloud account
Gentle compression and limiting may be applied by Elektron to each track before uploading to SoundCloud, in order to get a balanced volume level between all entries
The sysex files of the overall winner and the two runners-up will be shared with the Elektronauts community
Failure to provide a valid sysex file upon request will result in disqualification

My effort at making a track from nowt but one vocal sample, using the Elektron Octatrack musical machine.

i've not done a mix in TIME. seemed like the perfect opportunity to throw down some beats ive been into over the last few months. i hope you like it.

Two Long Peoples AV/VJ/DJ..are Mark Pickles & Rob Capocci. It was at Bournemouth Uni that these two oversized goons made their acquaintance; a friendship forged upon their uncannily similar record collection, horizontal personas and inside leg measurement. Once both giants had finally scratched thier travelling itches, they decided it was time to make good use of their shared passion for beautifully crafted deep thoughtful soundscapes and so embarked on a creative journey of nerd stricken proportions. As well as being resident AV Jocks at bonkers East London party Another Fine Mess, the boys have had the pleasure of playing their favourite festivals, Glastonbury, Big Chill, Bloom and various club escapades across the UK and overseas.
