Aleksandir (Alexander Lawrence) is an Istanbul-based DJ and producer. Alex’s first releases and debut album explored laid-back house, while his breakout hit ‘Yamaha’ (2018) hinted at a more club-ready sound and its overnight success threw him onto international stages, developing his skills as a DJ. In 2020, Aleksandir released his sophomore album ‘Skin’ on Omena, distilling disparate influence into inventive and emotive electronica. 
Off the back of a long writer’s block, recent singles ‘Sacro’, ‘Momus’ and ‘String Game’ see Aleksandir celebrating a newly found inspiration and love for the craft. Merging the serene calm and melodies of his previous work and a new taste for more unhinged, techno-leaning production. 
When he’s not noodling on Logic or nudging the jog wheel, Aleksandir co-pilots the Artesian Sounds label and co-curates the club night Miks in London.

Nodal Edge unveils No One Out There, a 3-track EP that redefines the essence of underground house. With dreamy textures and hypnotic grooves, this latest work invites dreamers and explorers on a journey through sonic landscapes balanced between the familiar and the avant-garde.

Pur joy when I shared some of my work with Saine, an artist I had admired for years. He appreciated the tracks and chose No One Out There for a remix for One Horse Town Records. That moment made the project feel even more special.

At the heart of the EP lies an exploration of individualism. Each track pulses with a unique identity, crafting a narrative about the search for meaning and self-expression in a world that often feels disconnected. By blending ethereal melodies with deep, progressive beats, Nodal Edge creates a sonic picture that is both introspective and exhilarating.
