Travelling 3 months in our mobile home with my children through 6 countries, playing ecstatic dances at awesome places like: in a big greenhouse comunity in Gent Belgium, on the mountains at the outskirts of Barcelona, in a awesome Dome on the cliffs beside the ocean in Ibiza, in an old landhouse by the sea in sintra and at the red bull academy dance studio in porto both places in Portugal.
      
During our travel we also combine my ecstatic dances with visiting some alternative way of living communities and different families that live in the nature. Educating our children in a very natural way of living, simple, ecological, conscious; aware about whats happening with this our human experience and cultivating the love of life and creation. With counted just few exceptions we were all the time in nature, climbing, surfing, trekking, dancing and just enjoying the forests, the trees, the sand dunes, the hills and cliffs, the waterfalls and lakes, the skies, the stars and the sun, the moon and the deserts; always wondering about our mother earth and this life that we have, seeing her always present.

We hear a lot music and played it. A part of them is here recorded in the podcast for agami. A very special one, that tell the history of a diferent kind of nature landscapes, emotions and most of the powerful waves of the atlantic ocean that accompany us most of the time in our nomad path. 
      
Intense times need a lot of dance and nature conection, tons of love and joy to overcome the fears and sadness.

Hello friends! This episode is unusual because I always wanted to create something for meditation. No beats, no strong melodies or the rhythms. All this music will touch you lightly, without any pressure. I wouldn't want to call it meditation music, it’s too serious. But really I have noticed that music can be a really strong healing tool. 
You can go your own way just by following the music. We're not talking here about “New Earth” or complex meditation techniques where you sit with your straight back and you visualize something. Only if you really want. 
Here I wanted to create something that would relax the mind, and then the heart would open up all by itself. You can sit, lie down or do whatever you like. All this music is carefully recorded from vinyl records. You'll hear all kinds of music, some records dating back to the 80s, but of course, there is also contemporary music.
