After loosing my Mother just 3 months before my 21st birthday, there were a lot of things emotionally I couldn't explain. One night I had been drinking and I opened up a notebook and this is what came out. Thank you Jai for understanding me musically and my idea for this Tribute. I may not be the best singer in the world and that's okay, I wanted everyone to hear/feel my pain. This song is for anyone who lost their Mother! No matter if you guys have the perfect relationship or you fuss and fight, you only get one mother and once she's gone, she's gone and you will never find a love quite like hers. I get it now Mommy. Thank you everyone for allowing me to be vulnerable!
