Sur un air  de Monty Alexander, Jamento, Beethova a écrit un texte qui trottait dans sa tête depuis belle lurette, lui qui
se plait à répéter qu'il aime LA femme. De sa mère il garde le souvenir d'une femme forte, qui  à la mort du père, a su porter à bout de bras l'éducation et la prise en charge de 5 garçons!!! Le respect dû aux femmes est son maître mot, et il ne rate jamais l'occasion de les vénérer de la tête aux pieds, rappelant aux hommes, qui'ils sont tous les fils d'une femme...! ONORE YO, est un titre qui leur rend un vibrant hommage en cette journée internationale de la femme, et pour toutes celles  à venir. This is a song that i wrote with my friend Eric Angibeau in 1988. It features Beethova Obas on guitar and Lionel Volel on Soprano saxophone. It is on Mizik-Mizik's first LP also titled "Farinay". The original title of the song was "April Rain" but "Farinay" is so much better.
