Blend of Rock and Roll, Techno, and Blues. In my younger days I used to love to head down to the French Quarter in New Orleans and watch the blues bands do their thing.  Especially loved watching the bass player dig out those notes on some old well worn guitar. Good memories

Music has always been a big part of my life. I like to think of it a a good friend. It’s always there  to pick you up when you are down, take you places you have been or want to go. It can change your mood in a nano second...just pick a song and get lost in it. It is a mile marker of your life... everyone can associate a time in their life when you hear one of your favorite oldies. It is never judgmental and regardless of who you are it will always be there whenever you need it.  t has always been a way to express emotions and feeling that I could not verbalize. 
At 69 years old, in spite of my special love and appreciation of music, I couldn’t sing, dance, or play a musical instrument. I decided to change that and bought a keyboard even though my first love is bass-just listen to my tracks. Taking lessons to become half way proficient on a keyboard because it is more versatile. You can play bass and just about any instrument on a keyboard with added flexibility to play any sound you can record.
While working with my keyboard, I discovered Garageband and it has created a whole new avenue to expand my love of music. Then I discovered SoundCloud and once again my musical horizons have expanded.  
I wonder, what’s next.

Six months later..... I began a transition from Garage Band to Studio One Professional. I say transition because it's been a year now and I am just beginning to feel a little bit comfortable. S1 is an amazing DAW and I don't think I will ever tap it's potential, but it has helped me make better music. 
My first love is Disco/EDM and as much as I love bass, the synth is my instrument of choice because of its versatility. I tried to go in a new direction away from the Synth heavy EDM but I'm not ready for that just yet. Next album I'll go back to my comfort zone.

Time is fun when you are having flies. That is a direct quote from Kermit the frog. Hard to believe it has been almost 4 years to the day that I last updated this file. In those 4 years I have learned a lot of technical skills and made my transition from the Epic Synth sound to a fusion of Drum and Bass and Chill. Yes, it is true, opposites attract. In the three years I have also tried my hand at Funk (Funky Frog), Blues (Techno Blues), Trance (TranceBlyss), and Reggae (Reggae Dae, Reggae Drums, Red Sky). I let the music take me wherever it is headed and make my adjustments on the fly to keep up. Right now, it's Drum & Bass/Chill. Tomorrow, who knows. Every now and then I swim upstream and find myself trying something new. But I know I'll always drift back to Drum and Bass, Funk, Chill, or Disco, or some combination of the four. Perhaps I should see what happens when I combine all four. Check box "Next Project" and name it "Four Front".
