Holly Drummond - Fade (Tykos Remix)

Enjoy my newest song, serenity! Definitely not a banger, but the melodic aspects of this track are awesome! It was definitely weird to not incorperate a bass drop, but the halftime section of the second drop suffice! ;p   Anyways, enjoy the song XD

Tykos - Another World

One day I found myself listening to Philip Glass, a minimalist composer who became prevalent in music in 1964. Minimalism as a genre is generally known for the repetition of an ostinado or motif or a very conservative use of elements in a song. The inspiration of this song came from Philip Glass' Glass Works album. The repetition comes from the main melody, although the drum pattern also begins to repeat it's own pattern both short and long term throughout the song. I hope the vision I had while making this song is conveyed and you enjoy it.

Reflect had shown me a new song he had made featuring a beautiful hand-pan arrangement, and from the moment I heard it I envisioned an adaptation that turned a musical journey into a thumping, bass-heavy track. I hope you enjoy this remix as much as I enjoyed creating it!
