This song was written in deep east Texas. The song came about from the idea of someone telling you growing up and even going through life that Something’s a comin. In this case it’s in the perspective of parents being there for their child and always telling them simply Somethins a Comin. No matter what stage of life you may be in. Something will always be on the horizon and that’s what this song is about.
