I think I'm gonna take a different approach to 2021, I've got a huge mental list of don'ts which I can use as references on a wide number potential situations and in many cases I suspect., complete avoidance!
In hindsight I'm now thinking I should have made a written list! as I can't truthfully say I can trust let alone remember all of it, but I'm kind of thinking that if the situation arose then the needed knowledge would rise with it! haha
I think that 2020 was a huge test of mind body and spirit and which served as a  a means to wake up many individuals that were heading towards that goal.
And what it means for me personally is that even if 2021 sucks as much or more than last year, I should be able to see it and identify it, allowing me to take a step back and not react to negetivity.
Anyway only time will tell'
