This talk was given as part of the Thomistic Institute Conference "The Spiritual Soul and Contemporary Neuroscience" held at the Angelicum in Rome on 1 December 2018.  Dr. Feser is Associate Professor of Philosophy at Pasadena City College, and has also been a Visiting Assistant Professor at Loyola Marymount University. He received a PhD in philosophy from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He is the author of multiple books, including Philosophy of Mind (A Beginner's Guide), The Last Superstition: A Refutation of the New Atheism, Aquinas (A Beginner's Guide), Scholastic Metaphysics: A Contemporary Introduction, Neo-Scholastic Essays, and Five Proofs for the Existence of God.

La vida es cambio, y depende de cada uno como vamos afrontándolos. Con distintas herramientas unos, con total desconocimientos otros, pero seguimos adelante. Es por esto que considero importante poner en conciencia desde donde nos paramos en cada situación, haciendo visible nuestro accionar y pudiendo evaluar si eso nos abre o cierra posibilidades. 
Objetivo: 
•	Proponer a la audiencia hacer un alto en el día y preguntarse ¿Cómo estoy hoy?, invitándolos a adquirir este hábito de dedicarse un espacio tan vital y necesario para estar conectados-y no desdibujados-de nosotros mismos. 
•	Tratar un tema por semana con lectura, entrevistas, recomendaciones (bibliografía, sitios, etc)
•	Nutrir con el primer segmento a un programa de la mañana. Mediante la grabación del mismo, dejar el espacio “¿Cómo estoy hoy?” Para que funcione como micro en un programa semanal matutino, pudiendo yuxtaponer noticias y la programación establecida, con ese alto para pensarse.
