Since 2001 Juho's style has stood firmly on deep underground sounds mixed together smoothly with plenty of groove and swing.
Under the Deep Space Helsinki umbrella with Samuli Kemppi, Juho has organised Deep Space Helsinki events with international guests, hosted a radio show by the same name, run a vinyl label, released music for the likes of MindTrip and Semantica, played at international venues like Berghain, Cassette and Raadion and held multiple residencies at Helsinki's venues like Ääniwalli and Kaiku before moving permanently to Berlin in 2016. He continues to promote classy underground techno wherever he plays, be it on the long running Deep Space Helsinki Podcast series, behind the DJ booth or through the carefully selected bookings of guest DJs with Samuli Kemppi for the Deep Space Helsinki events back home in Finland.

EPM.182 comes from Jason Patrick. Jason’s lineage connects two of the most influential cities in electronic music: Chicago and Detroit. His unique sonic fingerprint combines influences from both cities, honing in on that unmistakable Detroit spirit, while harmoniously in-corporating a subtle influence from the Windy City. Here, Jason marries these two pillars of dancefloor history with a techno mix that throws down new releases from Singular Anomalies, Declan James, Orbe, CR_Ø_WN, Carmelo Ponente, Hekum, Oscar Mulero, Mi-chael Ferrell, Bralle, Null Forms and of course new material from the man himself.

As a highly-skilled, dynamic selector, Jason Patrick has been a resident at Chicago’s infamous Spybar with regular travels across the USA, hitting cities like Los Angeles, New York, Miami and Detroit respectively. He’s also been booked to play in Europe, appearing at Tresor in Berlin and Plastic in Milan.
Equally adept in the studio, he channels years spent refining his technical skills into tracks that have landed on labels such as KMS, Gynoid Audio, Dumb-Unit, Northern Parallels, Future Arkive, DJ Hyperactive’s 4 Track and his own Klectik label. Focused on the same nuanced, hypnotic sound Jason is known for, Klectik launched in 2007 and is now 30+ releases deep. Equipped with deep knowledge, superlative skills, and a progressive, driven attitude towards his work, Jason Patrick is one of the lynchpins of Chicago techno.

Gannein invites Pause on Line Out Radio, in his residency "Gannein Curates".

Born and raised in Grenoble, France, Pause is the pseudonym of a Techno polyhedric producer. In 2012, he created Pause alias, releasing his early works in labels such as Carton-Pate Records and Sporty Limited. Influenced by many years spent in Brussels and as part of The Dare Night ’s Association giving him opportunities to play along many inspirational artists, such as Zadig, Psyk, Roman Poncet, Shxcxchcxsh, Shlomo and many more… 

His music taste and production skill slowly went more precise, winning a few remix contests and spending time to develop his aesthetic, from dub influences to a more dark, textured and hypnotic experience. After few years of break for student reasons, he went back to production 2021 and 2022 have been years of major evolution in Pause’s career, releasing music on Selected Records, Bahn Records, Postdynamic Records and .inphase, a label created with 2 friends in early 2021. 

2022 has been the best year of his production yet, starting off with a 3 tracks EP on .inphase, traveling through textured bass and hypnotic rhythms. All with a luxury remix from Viels. In July he released a Second EP on Bahn Records from Barcelona. Many tracks went big, played several times in Berghain and around many international clubs. At the end of 2022, he is selected as one of the promising artists to come by Postdynamic Records. During the following winter, he released another track on Selected Records along with many upcoming talents from the scene.

2023 was a confirmation but also a transition year, with one EP on Postdynamic Records, still placed in the top seller of the label now, this EP has been played all around the world. And another EP on Selected Records. Both went well, entering beatport top releases charts. 2023 was also the year of his first live show, a thrilling new sensation of control !

In 2024, the project went bigger with 2 releases on famous labels, an EP with ARTS called coureur d’étoiles. And appeared on the Label of Tommy Four Seven, 47 for a first vinyl release with his track Tari.

Pause's artistic vision is more and more focused on the textured aspect of modern techno. With this podcast for "Gannein Curates" on Line Out, he wanted to slow down the tempo of the current trend and bring some deep, dark and mental sonorities to the party using tracks from brilliant producers, and some of his own unreleased productions.

Elias, a Berlin-based producer and DJ, has been shaping the Techno scene since his early introduction to the genre at age 14 in 2004. Deeply inspired by the sounds of the 90s and 00s, his influences range from Deepchord and Steve Rachmad to Basic Channel and DJ Slip. Producing since 2014, Elias has released music on respected labels such as a.r.t.less, Greyscale, Odd Even, EVOD, Hayes, OHM and Be As One. His 2022 debut LP, Narrative (EVOD Music), highlighted his signature fusion of ambient, breaks, and dub techno, enriched with atmospheric textures and field recordings. A member of the Ungesund Berlin collective since 2022, Elias plays an active role in their podcast series and events, continuously pushing the boundaries of his craft. With several releases and collaborations lined up for 2025, his artistic journey shows no signs of slowing down.

This session was recorded at Gare Porto during his most recent performance at the club, capturing the energy and depth of his music in one of world's most revered venue.

Whether it's one of his signature marathon closing sets at Tresor, or sunlit festivals like Polifonic and Boiler Room, his contribution consistently highlights the Italian artist's dedication, establishing Z.I.P.P.O as a luminous figure in the ever-evolving realm of electronic music.

Saludos, en el episodio 032 les presentamos a Eliana Giraldo aka Elyan X,  una artista colombiana residente en la ciudad de Pereira. Elyan X inicia su carrera desde muy joven, siendo miembro de bandas musicales, dónde comenzaría su curiosidad por explorar más este mundo. A mediados de 2014, se enamoró de la música electrónica, debutando en uno de los escenarios locales de su ciudad, donde el house era el género principal. En 2015, comienza a incursionar en géneros más fuertes como el Techno, industrial techno y mental techno. Su atracción por la oscuridad, así como por las atmósferas audaces y crudas, la llevaron a enfocarse en la búsqueda de esta rama, definiendo así un estilo enigmático, de sonidos profundos, melancólicos e hipnóticos, melodías crudas y beats impactantes llenos de paisajes sonoros. Algunas de sus influencias son: Oscar Mulero, Lewis Fautzi, Norbak, Takaaki Itoh, Wata Igarashi, DJ Nobu. Hoy en día Elyan X se destaca como una de las mujeres más fuertes de la escena pereirana. Su arduo trabajo le ha permitido compartir escenario con artistas nacionales e internacionales. Actualmente se prepara como productora y es miembro del equipo de trabajo AXTTRAL COLOMBIA.

Her hard work has allowed her to share the stage with national and international artists. She is currently preparing to become a producer and is a member of the AXTTRAL COLOMBIA work team.

Ma Haiping is one of the most influential Techno musicians in China.
His music are favored by Jeff Mills, and he released the album "Chang'e-4 " on the legendary label Axis Records. His music style combines Detroit tradition with sci-fi/Hypnotic Techno, a futuristic weapon designed for the dance floor. Before this, in 2013, he released the EP “The Chinese Connection ” on Scan 7‘s label Cratesavers International, which made him the first Chinese producer to release Techno in Detroit. In 2015, he released the EP "Crepuscular Rays" on Orlando Voorn's label Nightvision. In 2022 to 2023 Molecular Recordings and Seclusion have released the EP "XX 8" “Collapse” and "Invincible EP " respectively. His music has been played by Jeff Mills, Ben Sims, Ken Ishii, DVS 1, Rødhåd, Kr! z, Rene Wise, Setaoc Mass, 
He has performed on the same stage with dozens of international artists such as Juan Atkins, Robert Hood, Surgeon, and Oscar Mulero.

Back in the Day, Tyler Smith aka ‘Black Smith Craft’ discovered the unique sound of acid house and was immediately captured by the hypnotic vibe that emanated from the music during the end of the 1980’s.
He found himself seduced & consumed by this wave of electronic music and fell in love with the German melodic trance style labels such as Eye-Q, Platipus and Superstition, as many of us did… 
Having followed dance music in all its forms throughout the 1990’s he started DJ’ing and by the turn of the millennium he started to develop a taste for the more underground techno sound which was coming out of England, Germany & especially the Detroit sound of the time…
Tyler Smith had always wanted to be involved with radio broadcasts and this ambition kicked off in earnest when he started playing regularly on the ‘Tuesday Session’ show, broadcast on the very popular Campus FM (Villeneuve d’Ascq/France), which was run by Dmitri Pike of Mirage/Matrix/Subject Detroit fame.
Spurred on by the development of increased exposure through radio he started honing his skills in music production and the ‘Alphaground’ website was born. This brought about more exposure for his music mission and by 2004 Tyler was performing on a number of key profile dance music stations in France and Holland. During 2006 he launched ‘Interstate 94’ show with Erell Ranson & Pedro Cali for Livesets.com, which was dedicated to the sound of Detroit. This was quickly followed by the aptly named ‘B-Side Show’ which showcased the darker, offbeat & industrial sounds. Currently the main man is managing different shows playing classics from way back, Detroit & Birmingham tunes on Livesets.com, Emergence FM (Limoges/France), and Techno.fm 
In 2006 Tyler’s finally realized the goal of having his debut vinyl release which was in collaboration with Bionic on French label ‘Audiocrash’. This was quickly followed by several upstanding digital releases. Over the years Tyler’s side to the music has become darker & more industrial, which in turn has led to the birth of his most acclaimed project: Black Smith Craft… With music released already on distinct labels from the scene and more on the way for labels including Grovsjopa’s mighty ‘Pohjola’, Leeds finest ‘Limetree’, UTCH rec. & Rednox’ superb free net-label ‘Ante-Rasa’…
Since 2008, Tyler has played across Europe alongside artists like Kr!z, the 65d mavericks, Bas Mooy, DJ Toki, DJ Boss, Bionic, Dimitri Pike, Arrestar, Sean Matters, Systemic, Victor Martinez…
