i wrote this album over the course of 2021 to reflect on my favorite, and to get over it as well. 

it's a story that anyone can relate to. depression, pizza, garbage, eating ass, and more. 

i got some great friends to help. big shout out to johnny klues who listened to everything i sent him, and helped me write and play bass.
