X5 Dubs propagate a new approach to House music, which makes his sets fresh, original and unforgettable. Blending heavy bass tracks with smooth vocals has been one of the secrets behind his success.  X5 Dubs has fast became one of the most booked djs smashing sets in the U.K and abroad and gracing the stage at many a festival. 
When it comes to production, being able to balance the delicate with the dangerous is one of X5’s key strengths as a producer, as is his ability to pull samples from the most unexpected of places and completely switch it up. Haling from Aberdeen, Scotland, his electronic music education begun with visiting clubs like Snafu & Tunnels in Aberdeen, with Tunnels providing his first gig, leading to appearances across Scotland at clubs such Cab Vol, the Caves and the Liquid Rooms and a residency with Edinburgh promoter First Edition & a new project with Fight Night in Glasgow.

He has previously supported artists such as OR;LA,  Courtesy, Route 8, Nathan Micay, Hammer, Project Pablo, Pearson Sound and Helena Hauff.

As a producer, his music has been featured on BBC Introducing in Scotland, earning the tag ‘sound of the summer’, and he has appeared on labels such as Neptune Discs, Bedroom Traxx, and PMIX. His sound incorporates progressive, house , disco and techno with a flair for grainy textures, emotive melodies and sharp beats.

Born in Heywood (Manchester, UK), Sam Curran has always had an interest in music. However, his interest in music production came at the young age of 11 years old. Experimenting with various different genres and techniques, he has been refining his style over the years.

Over the past few years, Sam’s career has ascended to new levels. He co-created his own record label and events company, ‘Till? Records’. The brand has grown to incredible heights in just a small amount of time and will continue to elevate for years to come.

In terms of Sam’s individual career, it is slowly but surely building towards a long career of sustained success. Having now worked closely with some of his biggest inspirations and painting his name in the industry as one to be observed.
