heliyah — airplane mode (digital, album)

influenced by idm and minimal techno that were often played at Ugly, heliyah shows the result of consistent work he made between 2021 and 2022 while living between home and nightclub.

"airplane mode – full lenght tale of a man who hates his life. nothing is visible. recorded burrowed in a hole and disconnected from the world."

every element here is carefully managed, sprouting weird extraneous noises as they go. multilayered scenes that function at different levels of attention, pedantic detailing, wide tempo range and plenty of microplots – heliyah's branded style.
