Australian electro favourites Stafford Brothers bring an uncompromising surge of house to their style for Smash The House, following on from their huge previous successes including collaborations with urban heavyweights such as Lil Wayne, Christina Milian and Rick Ross, as well as keeping one foot firmly in the dance world with their own releases such as 2018’s ‘KNOCK’ that received support from Steve Aoki, Timmy Trumpet and Smash The House label heads Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike themselves. Now, after the storming success of February’s ‘Boom’, the collective now crank it up a gear with their excitable ‘Lockdown’ Remix.

Taking the bass-driven, krunked up original to boundary-pushing, menacing BPM’s, the Lockdown Remix of ‘Boom’ takes on a whole new form with racing, double-time synths and layers of speeding melodies to climax in pure hands-in-the-air euphoria. As Kitty’s repetition of “Boom!” takes on an almost-robotic form with lightening delivery in time to the punishing beats, her vocal spits taking on a hyperactive elevation as the remix twists and turns with surprises.
