Values credentials, to support the means for people to define fair-terms for the electronic contracts they engage in with one another, alongside international online platforms and other agents; do not support human rights related considerations, in what is essentially a solution that has the intended purpose of being employed for contract law related tasks. 

The UN Related works for 'digital identity' started at or before Sep 2015.
