A Short Bio: 
Homicide is a Defunct hip-hop outfit from Bandung, Indonesia. Homicide is not only pioneering the real hiphop sounds in Bandung and maybe in Indonesia, they're also marked as one of the most significant groups Bandung ever produced. They combined street battle verses with political consciousness and punk rock ethics, backed with musics that deep rooted in the tradition of New York's jeep beats and avantguard's fearless noises. With influences ranging from Rakim to Marvin Gaye, Public Enemy to This Heat to The Last Poet to Crass and Neurosis, they're also known for their dedication in local activism and democratic grass root movement, no wonder if they're thightly connected to the local punk/HC scene and local resistance network as well. They didnt only save Indonesian hiphop scene from the bling-bling storm but also calling out an insurection during Suharto's regime. Being hated by zealouts from a number of organized religions they lived their words to the fullest (a bio taken from a Subciety Records' Press Release).

Note: 
The mini-album that was originally released as a demo, and then made a split with Balcony section titled "Hymne Penghitam Langit dan Prosa Tanpa Tuhan". 
Also released in cassette form in Malaysia and the United States under different independent labels.

This record was born out of anger and restlessness we carry every day. Each song is a scream — a way to fight through the noise of the world and face the collapse of the things we once believed in.

We wrote it from scars, from betrayal, from the question of what remains when everything falls apart. Some parts race forward like fire, others drag heavy and slow, but all of it is raw and uncompromising.

This isn’t music for the background. It’s pieces of our own spirit, left rusted, bleeding, but still standing.
