ถ้าชั้นในสุดก็คือที่จิตของเราเอง 
เขยิบกว้างออกมาก็มีที่กายด้วย ที่จิตด้วย 
กว้างกว่านั้นก็เป็นครอบครัว เป็นสังคม เป็นชั้นๆ ไป 
เรียนจากแกนกลางของมัน 
เรียนรู้อยู่ที่จิตได้ง่ายที่สุดเลย 
ถ้าเมื่อไรเห็นว่าจิตไม่ใช่ตัวเรา 
โลกทั้งโลกมันก็ไม่เป็นตัวเราหรอก 

ง่ายๆ เฝ้ารู้เฝ้าดูไป 
แล้วการที่จะเห็นว่าจิตไม่ใช่ตัวเรา ไม่ใช่นึกเอา 
แต่ดูของจริงเอา จิตใจมันเป็นตัวเรา เป็นของเราจริงไหม 
เฝ้ารู้เฝ้าดูลงไป จิตมีแต่ของเกิดดับ 
จิตสุขเกิดแล้วดับ จิตทุกข์เกิดแล้วดับ 
จิตที่เป็นกุศลเกิดแล้วดับ 
จิตโลภ โกรธ หลงเกิดแล้วก็ดับ 
เฝ้ารู้ลงไปเรื่อยๆ แล้วจะเห็นอีก 
จิตจะสุขหรือจิตจะทุกข์ จิตจะดีหรือจิตจะชั่ว 
สั่งไม่ได้ ห้ามไม่ได้ บังคับไม่ได้ นี้เรียกเห็นอนัตตา 
เรียนรู้อยู่เท่านี้ล่ะ รู้ อ่านจิตอ่านใจของตัวเอง 
ขั้นแรกก็รู้ว่ามีสภาวะอะไรเกิดขึ้น 
ขั้นต่อมาก็เห็นเลย
ว่าสภาวะทั้งหมดทั้งสิ้นนั้นไม่เที่ยง เป็นทุกข์ เป็นอนัตตา 
เรียนรู้ลงไปให้มากๆ 
เรียนรู้ลงที่จิตตัวเองให้มากๆ 
แล้วต่อไปมันก็จะเข้าใจ 
ความเข้าใจมันแจ่มแจ้งขึ้น 
กระทั่งจิตยังไม่เป็นตัวเรา 
กายมันจะเป็นตัวเราได้อย่างไร
