Buku-Zau (Buco-Zau) is a town and municipality in the province of Cabinda in Angola. Buco-Zau Land Gurila

It has 2115 square kilometers and about 40 thousand inhabitants. It is bordered to the north by the Republic of Congo, the east by the municipality of Belize to the south by the Democratic Republic of Congo, and West by the municipality of Cacongo.

In Fiote, local dialect, mbuku means "center", "website" or "local" and Nzau means "elephant". Although the long war that Angola has decreased the number of these animals, you can still watch them sporadically in município.e area with the Mayombe forest but will big. This municipality is located around 125km from the city of Cabinda, and a land rich not only in wood but there are also possible fossils petrolio not discovered inside his forest.
