Surrounding myself with positive energy is something very important to me so in today’s episode I talk about keeping your good energy up and flowing, passing it on to the people around you and maintaining that feeling even in tough times. 

To keep things simple we’ll focus on these key topics:

🏅 Positive self talk: Remember, talk to yourself like someone you love! Give yourself pep talks, encourage yourself to keep the faith! 

🏅 Keeping good energy flowing: Listen as I talk about the importance of passing good energy on to your friends/family/team. Good energy is contagious. You never know who might need that ‘thinking of you’ text or words of encouragement, it could change someone’s day. 

🏅 How to deal with negative energy: I discuss some ways to protect your good energy from outside influences, judgement and bad energy!

As the snow falls, it's good to relax with a good song, a good cup of tea, and your dragons.  

I wanted to do a Christmas Card type piece.  It's not so saccharin as most Christmas pieces, so I think I did well!

The four dragons in this video are a reference to The Dragon Keeper Chronicles, which was a favorite book series of mine growing up.  The 4 little dragons are the same colors as the first four little dragons introduced in that series.
