DJ and producer, and stalwart of the Italian dance music scene Dino Lenny readies a superb selection of remixes of his latest single ‘Between My Eyes And Your Lips’ on his consistently solid Fine Human Records imprint. Bringing remixes from Fred Lenix, Citizen Kain, Blami and a collaborative rework of ‘Talk To Me’ by Damon Jee and Dino himself.

Brazilian producer Fred Lenix delivers the first mix, with a tripped-out hypno beast that brings throbbing subs and resampled slivers of Dino’s enchanting original. Delicacy and nuance are what make this remix stand out, Lenix layering in vacant layers of haunting tones and samples that bind to the undulating rhythms and allow for the vocal to really flourish. Bruno Demougeot, aka Citizen Kain blends retro TR-707 drum grooves with a sleek palate of drawn-out synth pads and modulating sonics. Crafting a synergy between new and old through a truly captivating piece of work. Psychedelic moments appear at random with heavily laden effects strewn across the crystal-clear vocals.

Blami brings swelling bass tones throughout his remix of ‘Between My Eyes And Your Lips’, morphing and oozing across a metric 4x4 drum groove. Soothing pads contrast the modulating FM bass with other-worldly synth lines wandering across the top and binding between the vocals. Finally ‘Talk To Me’ receives a stellar remix from Dino himself and Damon Jee, where cavernous reverberating drum fills drift across an arpeggiated bassline and a bed of powerful drum grooves, closing out the remix EP with a vocoder laden piece of anthemic dance wonder!

Ukrainian duo YAME and producer Denis Zephyr are opening TalkTalk Records catalogue with “Picante Estetique”.

YAME is a unique electronic duo that is blowing modern dancefloors around the globe with their signature cosmic indie dance productions. Victor Kiriakidi and Olexandr Seletsky are setting music trends in Ukraine and raising the country’s electronic dance culture to a worthy world level. They have endless support from artists like Solomun, Yolanda Be Cool, Moscoman, The Organism, and many others.

Denis Zephyr is a music producer, live artist and DJ from Chernivtsy, Ukraine. He’s been creating and releasing electronic music since 2008. Tracks and remixes by Denis have been at the tops of Beatport and Traxsource many times and were supported by some of the most respected artists and radio shows on the scene. One of his tracks was used in documental film by FunkSoul Media (Ibiza), which works with Pacha Ibiza, Carl Cox, Mixmag etc.

The “Picante Estetique” EP is two groovy indie dance tunes influenced by future disco and French 80’ aesthetics. “It was a decision to take my musical production skills to the next level and get something new in the emerging indie dance style,” YAME says. “The track “Level 8” is filled with a mixture of live instruments and electronic analogue sound. As well as text and vocals that close the idea of the track. It will definitely make the dance floor explode and rise 8 levels to complete euphoria”.

This release has 42 teeth and is ready for some heavy bites! Coming straight out of our dangerous zoo – this is "Wolf". Beware of a cruel attack: A rolling bass, an immense kick, dark melodic leads and howling chants are coming over you at night, when the sun goes down. The pack gets completed with a remix by French legend Kiko, who puts his paw on the bass. Need a good advice? You better run and come to our aquarium! Heres a good place to hide. Good luck! Championing the sounds of house music for years, hes known to have a golden touch when it comes to dance floor destroyers and his last release on 100%% Pure is testament to this. Fact was recorded as the 7th most charted track by DJs on Beatport in 2011 and was recently nominated for the Tech House Track of the Year. In fact Stefano received a second nomination in the same category making him the only artist who has ever accomplished that. Not surprising considering that in 2010 he soared to the #1 in the US Billboard Dance Chart and in 2011 he was nominated for Beatports Artist Of The Year Music Awards.

Quite an achievement to date, but were hoping his new EP will Beat It.

BEAT IT: Massive groove packed with swollen plump chords and sexy sighs hammered together with percussion like a machine gun, firing off the beats in quick succession. Repeat after me this is good!

Q FACTOR: For some the Q factor is the measure of the quality of an electric circuit. For us its a quality BIG room smasher that can be measured by the amount of people thrashing around on the club floor.
