SOUND//VIDEO artist collective formed in Tokyo in 2014.
UGFY Records releases have been charted by UGFY / nubo(12inch Vinyl, Degital DOWNLOADS.)// YOUFORGOT (LIVE DJ SETS / UFO GOTCAST SERIES.)// Yuji Namiki (ORIGINAL SOUND SOURCE)/ Kazuma Kitada (VIDEOS,MV), gucham, Mozk.(VISUAL ARTS)
The collective started own vinyl label “UGFY Records” from autumn in 2014. 
In February 2015, the first 12inch “atom tears EP” has been released from “UGFY Records”.
In March 2015, 12inch single “ICE CRUSH” has been released from “Nakayoshi Use Only/Another One” .
In the autumn of 2017, "Nu Roots. EP" and "Workaholystics EP" were simultaneously released by 12 inch vinyl.
In the spring og 2018, "Neon Lights EP" has been released by bandcamp and degital platform.
In addition to release in recent years, they are also focusing on live gigs.
and they also remixed tracks by Various artists. and the arts of spatial presentation；space production；space effects and installation.
