2004 – Performed in ableton live, controlled with a Doepfer Drehbank, edited later. All sounds come from feedback loops with effects in live, with the crackles at the beginning being the only input.

First in a series of quick-and-dirty monthly tracks about stuff I work on. This time featuring my Grip synth for Reaktor, contributing some da da vocals. Original samples used with kind permission of Eva Boch.

[monthly 2018 - 01] Grip Vocals

A drum and a hihat sample, each loaded in a convolution processor (think impulse response reverb) and "played" with varying clicks and pops from a Reaktor synth. Sequenced from Numerology, assembled in Live.

[monthly 2018 - 02] Convolution Drum & Hat

Still experimenting with convolution and "stimulating" various samples which are used as impulse responses. Here you can hear a sample of a cymbal with reverb loaded into SIR and played tonally with a custom built Reaktor MPE synth (based on the geiger oscillator). Some compression, but no further effects used. The reverb is contained in the cymbal sample.

Excerpt from the audio part of a av project. Sequence with vocal sounds, with the voc samples used as impulse responses and played with various percussion sounds.
