Flower B’s debut album, Locked-In, will be out on April 11th, 2025 on a super-limited edition cassette, featuring 8 industrial club tracks. Locked up like cells in a frame, when the comic strips become reality, we all dance together for a better holiday. 
Today, in particular, every phone call, browser bug or garden neon sign literally says a lot about the world we live in. How do you feel when roads change density? Could we find ourselves on a map? Manipulating waveforms and envelopes like a physio, disrupting social communication channels to offer a spectrum on which to dance, this is why we love so much the wobbly music of dark rooms in off-plan apartments, which sway you like stellar objects. 
Based in France, Flower B seeks to transform noise and frequencies into dark drums like strong words, syllables cooking in a microwave oven. Inspired by techno, bass, dubstep and ghetto music, the album is an ode to transformation. To be released this spring on Big Science Records in a super-limited edition. Pre order now!

MR006 crashes in straight from Brno, carving out a sonic current mirroring the ever-mutating scene. COUNT’s latest EP, a playful yet razor-sharp exploration of sound, provides a pack of oddly satisfying rollers. Spanning a spectrum of 140+, this four-track offering blends three originals with a remix from HEDO HYDR8 

THIRD TAKE starts off with CONVULSE, a pacey breakbeat track created to shake the early (and quicker) hours of the morning. The project then takes a more introspective approach as FIREWALL BLOCK rolls into the #2 stop. With a similarly quick BPM register, FIREWALL BLOCK employs traces of dub and jungle along its varied storyboard. Coming up next is BLACKTAIL, a headbanger turned electro track suitable for a variety of people, places, and things. Bring up the caboose* is a remix from HEDO HYDR8. This time it's a fully pumped up techno remix of the aforementioned track.

traverse is proud to announce the release of its first record - a compilation of six tracks from various artists, inspired by Pembroke King’s poem moving silhouettes, written for this occasion.

As the fourth volume of the compilation series “traversée”, moving silhouettes encourages artists to explore all corners of listening music and creative avenues that aren’t tied to any one convention.

Pembroke King’s poem sheds light on the mood of the compilation, and even though each artist brings its own interpretation of it, there is a beautiful harmony of it all - from Kate Miller’s atmospheric sounds to Teqmun’s drums-made-of-rain-drop-recordings or Ghjuliú’s nostalgic melodies, the listener travels around Pembroke’s words with each track.

As our first physical release, we feel honoured to collaborate with artists who have been involved in a way or another on traverse before such as Officium, Mika Oki and Alohn, but Kate Miller, Teqmun, and Ghjuliú, that we’ve been keeping close to our heart for a long time already.

We are very excited to welcome scud to All Centre for his debut solo release. The Essex-born, London-based DJ, producer and co-head-honcho of 3 Swords Republic makes his mark with two tracks of tripped-out dancefloor chaos.

The title track brings us into a heady atmosphere with a spaced-out drone, machinic fx and clipped percussion. Crashing breaks give way to heavy subweight, a glitched vocal hook and a modulating bassline - straddling the line between DnB energy and a heads-down low tempo feel.

On the flip, etos_atos adopts a dancehall-inspired groove which furiously swings with driving subs and nimble percussion. A siren-pitched, stuttering vocal warps over heavy, propulsive percussion, conjuring a chaotic sonic atmosphere anchored firmly to the floor by bass-heavy kicks.

Hip flesk is available across all digital platforms from June 20th.

Build Buildings (New York producer Ben Tweel) returns with Glass, a concise and determined 4-song EP of songs that subtly explore time signature, rhythm and song structure, without losing sight of the melody and mood that define his earlier releases. As Textura described the sound, “If there's one thing that primarily distances Tweel's tracks from the clicks'n'cuts tradition, it's his focus on melody and song structure.... There's no shortage of whirr and click within a given Build Buildings piece, but such elements are deployed in the service of the song...that just happens to be assembled from found sounds and treated samples.”
These immediately captivating songs do just as well in the living room as in headphones, but close listeners are rewarded. Music nerds may notice polyrhythms, microtones and a gentle disregard for traditional Western 4-bar repetition, but this isn’t music that comes across as “challenging.” Hebei Victory and Honey Locust are melodic mood-setters. Glass explores the rhythms within rhythms that arise from slowly slipping loops. Cedilla’s propulsive, head-nodding beat is written in an Ableton-be-damned 7/8 time signature.
Build Buildings is perhaps most well-known these days for providing music for the Gimlet Media podcasts Reply All and StartUp, but his music has also been featured on radio, television and motion picture soundtracks (including NBC’s World of Adventure Sports; National Public Radio’s Radiolab and On the Media; and feature documentary Valley Uprising).
