Next up on the wheels of steel, we're absolutely thrilled to invite one of the hottest UKG producers in the scene right now, 'The Wagon' himself, Andrew Cook aka Soundboy Cookie.

Andrew has been killing it over the past few years with huge releases on killer labels such as VEX Records, Gather, Tapas Wax, Flattrax, a joint self-released EP alongside On1 and plenty of forthcoming heat on the cards for some of the scenes finest, so it was an absolute no-brainer to invite him to contribute to the series.

UKH Podcast 028 - Karis

Delighted to share our first mix of the new year with man of the moment, Mark Ramsey aka Yosh, stepping up for 029 of our mix series. 

Hailing from South-East London, Yosh burst onto the scene in 2020, kicking off Burnski’s ‘Vivid’ imprint with a weighty four-track EP, showcasing his signature breakbeat, UKG and jungle influence sound. Since then Yosh has quickly established himself as a prolific figure in the scene following up with a number of releases on labels such as Time is Now, Dansu Discs, Breaks & Pieces, Holding Hands and Lobster Theremin, alongside a killer DJ set at the recent Boiler Room festival with the Timehri crew.

For our 29th instalment Yosh provides us with an hour of meticulously blended steppers, 4x4 rollers and breaks featuring music from the likes of Ollie Rant, Highrise, DJ Chupacabra, +98, Velvet Velour, Raynor and plenty from the big man himself.

After a 6-month hiatus from uploading mixes, we are extremely pleased to bring you 030 of the U.K Hun? podcast series, with DimSum Records resident, Steamy Bumplings, supplying the flavours.

Steamy has made serious strides since his emergence during lockdown which has seen him represent for DimSum at highly regarded London venues such as the Pickle Factory, The Lion & Lamb and the Cause, hold down a residency alongside VSVN on Voices Radio and take his signature sound to clubs across the UK in Nottingham, Leeds and most recently Inverness!

For our 30th instalment, Mr Bumplings provides us with a smooth, eclectic journey through his House and Garage collection, keeping things Steamy and Bumpy from start to finish. Coming in strong for mix 034 of our podcast series, we are absolutely delighted to welcome, old school Veteran, DJ Sykik.

Having cut his teeth in Hardcore, Jungle, House, Garage and Grime from as early as 1997, Sykik has established himself as an ever-present force in the underground dance music scene in the UK. Whether it be pirate radio shows around Essex, club sets around London and Essex's main circuit, or shelling down London radio stations such as Rinse and Deja Vu, DJ Sykik was there with a bag of freshly cut dubplates and the latest underground anthems of the time. More recently, you may have come across Sykik through his  limited-run dubplate series, Pirate Cutz, alongside Rossy C. 

This mix contains old underground rarities and a load of unreleased and forthcoming tracks from the likes of Harry Luda, Damn Right Productions, Tuff Jam, Perception, D Dubz, Crazy Bank, Fresh Milk and Dee Cypher. Strictly Vinyl.
