After what has felt like a lifetime in lockdown, the U.K Hun crew have been working hard on the release-side to our brand and are pleased to announce our first digital VA which will be available to all as a free download.

The VA comprises of six dancefloor weapons from seven extremely talented producers, each offering their own distinct, forward thinking style to the release. Big love to the artists, Max Casebolt, Jubley, Wink, Will Judge, Nicky Sahota, Lucca and Gina Kantner for getting involved with the project and producing six quality tunes. Big shout out also to George Gibbs for the artwork and Mike Millrain on the mastering.

Dan Jubley aka Jubley following up with another 2 step heater, this one on more of a cold, heavy tip. Dan first came to our attention with his releases on Gather records earlier this year and has been someone that we're keen to work with ever since, so we're chuffed to have him on our first VA.

Final track on the VA comes from an emerging producer from the USA, also making her full debut in production, Gina Kantner. We first became acquainted with Gina when we heard a preview of the this track and requested to hear the finished article and as predicted, the track was a belter! This one taking an unconventional, minimalistic approach to UK Garage, adding further to the variety on offer on the VA overall.

Proper excited to welcome the extremely talented, Lucca, to the VA for his first official release with this dark, minimal-infused, UK Garage stomper. This was actually one of the first tracks confirmed on the VA and it played a pivotal role in how the rest of the release was shaped so big up to Lucca for setting the tone. Definitely a name to remember for the future!

Max Casebolt kicking off the VA with an upbeat stepper, sampling a 00's R&B classic from Destiny's Child. We've been following Max's work since he made his breakthrough as a House producer a few years back, so we're delighted to be a part of his production journey as his sound continues to evolves. Keep your eyes peeled for plenty more from Max in the coming months.
