UKTTT - The Goa Mix Vol.2

Max Peterson has been performing and releasing his unique brand of trance music under various project names since 1998. Max was born in San Diego, California in 1979, and spent most of his teenage years in France. He then developed his production and performance skills in California, Mexico, Spain, and every part of the planet with a vibrant trance scene.

Max’s passion for music began at a young age. Max’s father Gary Peterson is a highly accomplished composer, guitarist, and keyboard player. Gary was a member of influential 60’s-70’s cult band “Formerly Fat Harry”. His band played next to legends such as Pink Floyd, Roy Harper, Third ear band, King Crimson, Fleetwood mac, to name a few… Max’s first tracks were recorded and produced by Gary when Max was just 14 years old.

Upon moving to the U.S., Maxx joined the pioneering trance music collective and record store – The Ion Exchange in Santa Cruz – as co-owner and resident DJ. Maxx moved onto DJ’ing in San Francisco, playing for all the Bay Area’s trance venues including the trance collective CCC. He also performed at all the underground warehouse and outdoor events in Northern California. Max quickly gained respect for his stomping deep psychedelic sets. At this time he also toured Canada and other cities in the USA.

In 2000, Max formed the seminal San Francisco trance project BIODEGRADABLE with Samy Guediche of CPU, and Nicolas Oesch of Mekkanikka. In 2001, they released their album Phaser which received great success at the time in the psychedelic scene and became a springboard for all members to launch their successful solo projects.

Max, then started in his solo project in 2007- MAD MAXX- the result of years of hard work, perfecting a unique sound, embodying all the travels, experiences and parties of the past 20 years. The music is a mix of trance, ethnic and deep sounds, with a strong kick and ominous bass line, an electro touch, emotional chants, and at times nostalgic atmospheres, with a BPM ranging from 138 to 145 in general. All of this sonic mayhem delivered in a whirlwind of psychedelia of course….

MAD MAXX has been delivering his live set to all trance freaks in the world on a weekly basis, and has collaborated with numerous artists…including JOHN 00 FLEMING, SKAZI, PIXEL, AVALON, SONIC SPECIES, STRYKER, BLOCK DEVICE, MENOG, TRISTAN, SPACE TRIBE, GMS, PAINKILLER , POLI, XSI, S-RANGE, VOYAGER (aka Altom), BIO-GENESIS, AUDIO X, BIONIX, MEKKANIKKA , DIGITAL TALK, JOHN PHANTASM and more…

Daniel Pulvirenti, born on May 9, 1989 in Buenos Aires (Argentina) begins his interest in electronic music by listening to Psytrance at 20, and immediately begins being part of the Argentina scene as a DJ participating in events like "Earthdance" or "Moon Flower", and outside his country at Bolivia in many festivals like "Andean Tribe", "Ayllu" and others.

In 2013 he released his Live, loaded with his own ideas and others inspired by artists like Hypnoise, Dickster or Ital.

In 2018, his project has grown significanty and has produced tracks with national artists as "Somos", "Noctum", "Lucas Pariente", "Gulubu vs kovik" (Surreal Universum), "Dezzert", and with international artists such as "Mind Evolution "and" Telepatic ". 

He is member of the French label "Squarelab Music" and is part of the portfolio of the Mexican label "New Skulls Records".

Cristian Fernandez Aka https://soundcloud.com/morphic-resonance-goa is a producer born in 1988 and based in Girona, Spain.

Strongly influenced by the EBM/Industrial/Techno styles he became interested in electronic music since he was a child with bands like Front 242, Leather Strip, Velvet Acid Christ, Nittzer Ebb, Funker Vogt, etc. He discovered Goa Trance in 2003 with the Infected Mushroom´s track “Devil“ and he immediately felt totally attracted to this kind music. A few years later he was inspired by the new wave of new school Goa artists, especially Filteria, he started to buy synthesizers and to experiment with them. In 2013 the Morphic Resonance project was born with the mission of recreate the true old school Goa sound of the 90s.

His first release “Chromatic World EP“ was released on NeoGoa Records label in January 2014. After that, he got the attention of many labels including Suntrip Records where he released his debut album “The City Of Moons” with a huge positive feedback. Other labels such as DAT Records where he released his aclaimed remixes of Etnica in “Trip To The Stars EP”. He was also featured in a collaboration between Suntrip Records & Trust In Trance on Astral Projection EP "Let there be light". His 2nd solo album "Perplexity" was released on Suntrip Records in 2018, more darker and industrial than the previous releases.

Despite being a very young project, Morphic Resonance played in several countries such as Japan, Israel, Brazil, Ukraine, Portugal, Croatia, Belgium, Serbia, Romania, France, Hungary, Spain,... He shared stage with reputated projects such as Etnica, Juno Reactor, Astral Projection, Transwave, Union Jack, Hux Flux, Filteria, X-dream, Koxbox and among many other big names of the scene.

Su pasion por el Ttrance es tan grande que empieza a montar su propio estudio en 1993 . Años de conservatorio hacen que su estilo sea de un nivel muy alto en cuanto a produccion ya que es muy estricto en sus estructuras musicales con melodias perfectas y unos cambios brutales en sus canciones.

Tiene una larga lista de lanzamientos con sellos  nacionales e internacionales donde se pueden apreciar sus Influencias (Armin Van Buuren, Tiësto ,Paul Van Dyk). Aún tiene un largo camino por recorrer pero su esfuerzo y constancia hacen de él ya un gran productor de Trance.

Leandro Nahuel Rios AKA https://soundcloud.com/artificialentitiesmusic es un dj Argentino nacido en 1996 proveniente de la ciudad Avellaneda, Buenos Aires.

Inició su carrera como dj en el año 2016 bajo el nombre de "Stream", el cual estaba enfocado en el Psytrance Progresivo. En el 2018, comienza su proyecto llamado "Artificial Entities" ya dejando un poco más de lado el Progressive y más enfocado en el Psytrance & Full-On, siendo esto lo que le abriría las puertas más tarde a ser parte del staff de la productora nacional "Argenpsy", de la cual hoy es fundador y administrador del Podcast semanal de la misma. En la actualidad ya participó de varios ciclos tales como Mystic, BeatSide, Dancing Budhas, Tranceported, Element, Poweryet, New Road entre otros. Esta última presentación provocó el interes de la productora de Argenpsy, logrando así, ser parte del staff.

Hasta la fecha, ya ha tenido la oportunidad de compartir cabina con grandes artista de la escena internacional y nacional tales como Basscannon, Red Sun, Geronimo, Apollo, Bassmite, Killerbass, The Last, Morsei, Nobody, Abat, Sequence, Nax, Aktyum, Vlex entre otros.
