At some point in each chapter (besides Chapter 5) when you encounter Mr. Cyber, he's roleplaying as a stereotype of some sort. This only happens once per chapter besides 5, and he's doing this just to be comical. What makes it even funnier, is that it sometimes takes place in the completely wrong area, for example, in Chapter 1's city, Mr. Cyber roleplays as a pirate.

In Chapter 3, he roleplays as a news reporter at some point, and this is the song that plays during that cutscene.
