THIS PIZZA STEVE RAP IS NOT A CULT

While travelling in Botswana, I met a herd boy seated beneath a weathered acacia, coaxing shimmering patterns from the kalimba balanced on his palms. The sound was elemental—bright, cyclical, and hypnotic. 
That moment became the seed of Mesmerabi, a solo piano composition that begins with a lilting motif echoing the kalimba’s tinkling resonance and rhythmic repetition—like an unexpected fountain in the dessert. 
And then the music evolves. The kalimba-inspired pattern begins to shift as the thumb piano’s circular logic gives way to the forward impetus of American piano boogie.
The transition is a journey across continents and centuries, tracing the rhythmic DNA that links African folk traditions to the pulse of jazz. Mesmerabi history compressed into a sound-byte, a musical migration from the veld to the juke joints of the Mississippi.

After the White Noise was defeated by the last five survivors of the experiments, it would be easy to say everybody has returned to normal. At least, as normal as one could be after what's happened. But, one doesn't immediately forgive and forget, especially not when it comes to the White Noise. With no villain to fight... perhaps the biggest threat is themselves.
