Story:

In einer Welt,
in der niemand aufeinander Acht gibt, in der die meisten auf sich selbst blicken
und auf die Gedanken und Gefühle anderer keine Rücksicht nehmen,
entwickeln sich Frustration, Trauer, Hass und Einsamkeit.

Daraus entstehen auf Dauer oft Leere im Herzen und Überforderung im Gehirn.
Einen solchen Dauerzustand kann niemand verstecken – nur in sich hineinfressen.
Daraus folgt, dass die Person sich dessen annimmt, was sie zuvor verachtet hat.

Verachtung, die zu dem führt, was man selbst verachtet.
Ein Teufelskreis wie viele andere, in denen man sich festfahren kann.
Es ist immer eine Frage, wie man mit der eigenen Negativität und die der Anderen umgeht...
Was lasse ich an mich heran und daraufhin oder generell aus mir heraus?

Jeder von uns hat Dämonen in sich. Entscheidend ist aber, wer wen kontrolliert.

Umbra Lucem ist einer dieser Dämonen.
Der Schatten, den ich seit einer Ewigkeit bekämpfe und nicht zulassen möchte,
der mich daran hindert, keine Angst zu haben,
der dafür sorgt, dass ich mich aufhalte.
Der Schatten, über den ich endlich springen muss, um das zu tun, was ich bin.
Der Schatten, den ich kontrollieren muss, damit er mich nicht kontrolliert.

Die Freiheit meiner selbst.
Denn ich bin das Licht in meinem Schatten und der Schatten für mein Licht.

Und nun ist es soweit. Ich kämpfe nicht mehr gegen meinen Schatten an.
Ich lasse ihn zu.

Jeder Schlitz in allen Wänden wird dich mit tausenden Augen beobachten.
Ungeziefer wird aus allen Ritzen krabbeln und verschlingen, was es kriegt.
Ich lasse dich dich selbst kennenlernen.

Jeder wird vom Bann des Schattens getroffen, wenn kein Licht in den eigenen Willen einzieht.

Also seid, was ihr seid, denn sonst wird euch euer Schatten fressen!
