Underground legend ESKVY makes his solo release debut on Unbeyond Anthologies after a stellar showing on Splinters Vol. 2 with the “Love Mana” A/B.

A symbol of invention in the scene, ESKVY further mines his endless creativity for one of the most forward-thinking bass releases of the year. Track one “Love Magic” is a groovy, lounging yet constantly accelerating banger driven by a sharp percussive flow and instantly catchy melodies. On the B-side, “Mana” combines a variety of genres and styles into a truly idiosyncratic track that washes over you with a flawless mix of buzzing basses and sparkling synths. All in all, a double single that is truly entrancing in every sense of the word.

"This A/B is by far my most experimental release, with two new tracks composed and executed in a style that is new and unique to me. I'm gradually moving away from the traditional EDM sound and toward something more free, experimental, and authentic to me as a person and artist, and this A/B is a great example of that. There is no real story behind it; I just thought both tracks would work well together as one project.” said ESKVY.

Unbeyond Anthologies are pleased to present LUCID’s solo debut on the label in the form of her new EP, “Found Footage”.

Opening on a stark and desolate note with “on a dark and stormy night” that sets the tone for what is to come, this project mixes ghastly deathstep atmospheres and production with a thrilling retro futuristic horror theme. Songs such as “Good Intentions” and “Foreshadowing” throw their weight around with devastating impact, a seamless blend of old and new sonic textures.

“ALARM” slows down the pace with heaving sound design and wailing melodies, the tempo mirrored by the title track with its sinuous growls and anthemic synthwave leads. “Survive” contains frazzled flows and dizzying trap percussion, while the closer “Midnight (Credits)” ends on a delightfully ghoulish downtempo drop.

“My first EP since ‘BLOODSHED’ in 2021, and with a much more in-depth tracklist and theme. Speaking of, when starting the title track, I was very into GREYLOCK, an online analog horror with some found footage segments, with the title track directly themed to tape 10 of the series. The more general musical ideas and tone started finding their way into more of my projects of the time and continued to be fleshed out until I collected the songs and made the theme more concrete.” said LUCID. “Although not personally attached to me like my albums, I do find this to be a very important step in my music, so I hope it shows. Hello! Hoping that you all are good. This is my rejected submission for FORM's All Nighter Vol. 10 event, which is the last event for about 2 years as they have said. I decided to try some new stuff and as a result of me doing so while making the song within 24 hours, I have created something that has both energy and attitude in one. Result? A song that's sassy as fuck. Fitting song name?

As opposed to what I usually prefer, this song is not really loaded in stuff like fills and is more focused on the "subjects" that are stuff like the melodies, vocals, bass patterns, etc. Basically, the essential things that make the song what it is. Anyways, here's the song and *the first full song since my reboot*. Have a good day!

Originally a submission for form all nighter vol X, however unfortunatelly it got rejected.. :(

However we both are still very proud of it and had a lot of fun making it, it was quite a refreshing challange for both of us to produce a full song within 24 hours and we both locked in and managed to do it! I rly hope you enjoy this.
