Confusion,
Sadness,
Worry
Strength,
Positivity,
Togetherness
All swirling around in a toxic world.

Starting with a slow, moody and deep build. I wanted to make this mix interesting but not too generic. Poking out emotions. Stirring thoughts and memories ❤️

It's been a strange year again. 
This is my musical picture of 2021
Here is  hoping next year life starts to blossom again❤️❤️

Harry Lemon, aka LEMON8 has been at the forefront of dance music both as a DJ and producer, whilst producing a soundtrack of a generation at the same time. Model8 - his first ever produced track from 1993 - is now being recognised as a classic and a landmark in Techno and dance music in general. 

The Inner Sanctuary Sessions double album, solely consisting of his original music and remixes, is now recognised as a highlight in Progressive House Music with tracks like 'New York, New York' and 'Lose Control' just to name a few. The latter was even voted all-time best record on the iconic Bedrock label in 2020 by the fans by a landslide!

Throughout the years, his music and remixes are known for bridging gaps and crossing boundaries between genres. Harry's work is being played by an eclectic array of DJ’s like Danny Tenaglia, Tiesto, Danny Howells, Armin van Buuren, Richie Hawtin and Sasha just to name a few. 

As a DJ he has performed worldwide at the most influential clubs and festivals. His popular monthly 8TM radio show at friskyradio.com is now in its 14th year and has garnered many loyal fans.

Harry’s work has always remained relevant and very much in demand, gaining him rave reviews with every release and a now legendary status that only few can achieve. After having some time off, dealing with the pressure that comes with being an artist, 2020 and beyond is totally dedicated to being back on the road, presenting his latest productions, greatest hits and showcasing that Progressive House Music and MeloTech is not just about a label or style, but about attitude!

PFG The Progcast - Episode 100 - Harry Lemon (LEMON8)

Hello Everyone and welcome onboard the PFG Progcast, your weekly trip around Planet Progressive! We are 100 not out and after finishing the first century with a legendary mix from Harry Lemon, we're kicking off the next century with a relative newcomer to our scene. 

Staying in Holland however we move from Rotterdam to Amsterdam, where our act this week resides. Quickly gaining a reputation for her deep hypnotic sets which are mixed from the heart, with a skill and precision that many a seasoned DJ would kill for, PFG put your hands together for Nathalie Henriëtte!

'Home is where the heart is'... A platitude often heard in realms other than music. But when it comes to rising artist and DJ Nathalie Henriette it does indeed hit close to home. Replace home with music and heart with soul and we can soon see how things fall into place. 

Nathalie untangles all that into a personal statement: 'I Play what I feel, I feel what I play'... When listening to one of her sets, on radio, online, live or on Mixcloud (where she in no time gained top charting every single time) we can hear and feel exactly what she means.

As life happens it's up to the artist how to cope and transform something into an experience that ultimately makes sense. Nathalie Henriette is not one to hide from past life hardships and somehow, some way, manages to turn taste and skills into not only a melodic journey but a personal one as well. Not being restricted by set boundaries in today's underground dance music, she has found a unique way to translate all of that into a rather distinctive sound which transcends form, labels and genres.

Hello everyone! PFG is back on the road with this weeks exclusive Progcast, forever on the search for the best beats and the perfect progressive vibes! 

Continuing our UK mini break this week, we fly down the motorway from Hawick to the capital London. Here we arrive at the home of one of the country's best and rapidly rising talents. A Producer with a unique forward thinking vision in to how music should be made, and all the skills to put that into practise. 

We are thoroughly looking forward to an exclusive mix from one of our scenes most in demand people, truly we are lucky to have him do this for us. PFG give it up for James Harcourt!

James Harcourt is a UK producer originally inspired to start making electronic music by the incredible energy of London's 90's club scene, but also by music in general from all eras. A love of characterful sound and classic synthesizers is fused with a love of the modern production process. His aim is to try and create memorable music that engenders a strong emotional response in a modern landscape of throwaway product and short-attention spans.

In late 2020 he started to produce music for the first time with focus - and has since released original music on - Traum Schallplatten, Parquet, Sincopat, Selador, Renaissance and Sum Over Histories. These productions have gained support from a range of learned and respected DJs all over the world. 

More EPs and remixes are slated for this year, and a couple of those are included on this mix for the first time!

In Hindu Philosophy and some Indian religions, samskaras or sanskaras (Sanskrit: संस्कार) are mental impressions, recollections, or psychological imprints that colour one's thoughts and actions, and form the basis for the development of karma theory.
In Buddhism, the Sanskrit term samskara is used to describe "mental formations," "will," and many other concepts; in Pāli it is referred to as saṅkhāra.

According to various schools of Indian philosophy, every action, intent or preparation by an individual leaves a samskara (impression, impact, imprint) in the deeper structure of the person's mind. These impressions then await volitional fruition in that individual's future, in the form of hidden expectations, circumstances or a subconscious sense of self-worth. These Samskaras manifest as tendencies, karmic impulses, subliminal impressions, habitual potencies or innate dispositions.
