An audio expression of the Full moon vibes I was feeling. Cleaning, sageing and purifying needed music I can play over and over while I was in a state of mind that was contemplative and there was nothing I had that gave me that feeling so I decided to create something. This is what came.

It is uncomfortable feeling that their is more work to do and their is more growth and lessons to be learned especially when we get unbalanced and weary from giving our all. But this beat is about having faith and seeing the end result of being healthy, happy and congruent with ones truest desires and purpose. Maybe you are not there yet but it will be so.

One day several men were drilling on the outer walls of my building here in the Lower East SIde of Manhattan. It was a tremendous disturbance all through out the day non stop. And they were in the windows so covering sunlight from coming into my apartment as well. 


I immediately decided to turn on my keyboard and begin making a beat. Using the sounds of the drilling I began forming a cure for the noise around me and turning it into a statement that I can be grounded and nurtured in any situation. Low and behold the beat was formed and I can say that a week later when they began drilling again I was in such a different place. 

I had looked at the sunrise that morning and meditated for several hours as well as did yoga. When the men came to my window again I happily gave them a plastic bag with some cash in it and some apples. 

They helped me turn what was negative in my mind and life and "alchemize" it into the challenge that would bring me health and happiness.
