Furtherfell is an AU, split into several branches, portraying the various hypothetical neutral endings of the 'canon' Underfell. In this instance, 'canon' refers to the version on Tumblr, created by the infinitely talented Fella. They don't actually consider it canon, but for Furtherfell it most certainly is. It is inspired by the concept of Aftergore, though only in concept and not in execution. Our story follows a human by the name of Hare, entering a world they do not understand, that has been forever changed by the actions of someone they've never even met.
We won't be 100% accurate to Underfell; some elements may be changed, either due to a lack of information or just due to us wanting something to differ.

"Furtherfell - Rethroned" follows on from an incomplete pacifist ending. Toriel comes out of hiding, and establishes herself as “Mother” of the underground, making swift changes to how things work. She maintains a strict rule, attempting to prevent another reign of tyranny. Humans are to be treated with kindness, and to be delivered to the Queen.

In Furtherfell R, Mettaton doesn't want to kill the Human anymore. He's turned a new leaf, realised the error of his ways and that everything he has down here is more than enough for him. However, Dr. Alphys has other plans, and is using what little power she has to remote control him, forcing him to use his vast array of techniques to brutally murder the Human. Mettaton does his best to protect you from himself, but there is only so much control he has left.

[After exiting the Shipshore, Dirk lands in Shipelport. This is a port where many of the ships around The Pit dock. There are so many that they're densely packed enough for Dirk to just walk across. 

This port operates like a city, where each ship contains different facilities, such as a shop, inn, Tweer's and Neppeta's house.

To leave shipelport, you must get Neppeta's approval, who will tell the mayor to board a ship over to the next area.]
