Silvio Cartolano aka Kartos, classe '83, è stato attratto dalla musica house negli anni '90. Iniziato come DJ in Calabria, la sua passione è cresciuta e lo ha portato a Bologna nel 2016. Qui, ha suonato in vari locali ed è diventato il DJ residente al "Link Bologna", condividendo il palco con artisti come Magda, Sama' Abduladhi end Len Faki. Oggi è co-fondatore di "Under Concept", producendo melodie profonde e vibranti.
