To celebrate its landmark 20th release, Monnom Black invites you to enter The World of Monnom Black II – a return trip to techno's most uncompromising landscape. The triple vinyl release features 14 hand-picked contributions from the label’s trusted collaborators alongside cutting-edge artists new to the roster; making this compilation one of the label’s most varied and innovative collections yet.

On The World of Monnom Black II, new artists including VTSS, DIMI (AnD), Vladimir Dubyshkin, Hadone, Fractions, LDS, Aahan and Buried Secrets all throw down tracks which fuse tight machine rhythms with intricate detail. There's also a return for many established label favourites such as UVB, Dax J, Zanias and Thomas P. Heckmann as Knarz.

To round out the compilation there’s a re-release of the timeless 1998 cut, “Devious Methods,” from legendary artist Hive, and Tellurian’s hardcore classic, “Big Bad City,” gets a new mix from Dax J.
 
This release further confirms Monnom Black’s reputation for representing raw analogue music and cements the label’s place as the home of some of the roughest and classiest contemporary sounds in techno.

Schwefelgelb is a Techno duo from Berlin, known for their raw but precise and cutting productions. Their reputation for a strikingly energetic live show brought them into clubs and festivals around the globe.

Now they are taking the next step by launching their own label called n-PLEX. The 4 track EP „Der Puls Durch Die Schläfen“ makes a strong kick-off with a sound capturing rave-like leads, hard-hitting impacts and heavy kicks, which seems to perfectly fit a concrete industrial
club. NPLX001 comes on 140 g colored vinyl and a download code and will be released 9th of October. The digital version contains a bonus remix by AN-i.

Previous releases on [aufnahme+wiedergabe], Fleisch Records and Minimal Wave Records’ imprint Cititrax have been frequently played by acclaimed DJs (Phase Fatale, VTSS, Regis, Helena Hauff to name a few).

Our world experiences today one of our biggest crisis ever. We had to let it go of our ego, learn a lot about altruism and how we can all do our part to reach a common goal. Berkana’s rune stands for a moment of protection and refugee just as it stands for the right moment to let positive energies flourish and build a better future. We bring this rune name to our 7th release, believing in the power of the individual, in collective, to build that future.
