And talk just for talking's sake.

And Christian one fights Christian two;

For storms shall rage and oceans roar
When Gabriel stands on sea and shore
And as he blows his wondrous horn
Old worlds die and new be born.   
The tides will rise beyond their ken
To bite away the shores, and then   
The mountains will begin to roar
And earthquakes split the plain and shore.   
And flooding waters, rushing in
Will flood the lands with such a din 
That mankind cowers in muddy fen
And snarls about his fellow men.  

And before the race is built anew
A silver serpent come to view
And spew out men of like unknown
To mingle with the earth now grown  

Cold from its heat and these men can
Enlighten the minds of future man
To intermingle and show them how
To live and love and thus endow
The children with the second sight
A natural thing so that they might
Grow graceful, humble, and when they do
The Golden Age will start anew.

Mother Shipton was reputedly born Ursula Sonthiel in Norfolk, England in 1488. At 24, she married Toby Shipton, and soon thereafter, she became known as Mother Shipton. She was burnt at the stake for practicing witchcraft in 1561.

Frank Coughlan is Australia’s best known jazz bandleader from the 1930s & 1940s. His rendition of ‘I’m Sailing On A Sunbeam’ performed by Des Tooley and taken from King of the Trocadero (RRH4) has been licensed for the final episode of ABC TV’s extremely popular series Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries and will also appear on the forthcoming Soundtrack. King of the Trocadero is another fantastic title in Rouseabout Records’ Yesterday’s Australia series and is available through MGM Distribution or directly from Undercover Music via ‘Mail Order’.

The first song from the Eric Bogle's latest album 'A Toss Of The Coin' - 'Ashes' - was written after a visit to Strathewen, Victoria, Australia, ten weeks after the 'Black Saturday' bushfires of February 2009 in which 173 souls perished. It is dedicated to Dave Magahey, Captain of Arthurs Creek and Strathewen Fire Brigade. This is yet another classic from Eric's pen and ranks with his all time greats.

Despite suffering the ill effects of a bad virus and sore throat Eric Bogle soldiered on through his SMS tour with long time partner in crime John Munro (Guitars, backing vocals), and companions Emma Luker (Fiddle, Backing vocals) & Pete Titchener (Bass, backing vocals) playing to sold out venues at just about every show and in the process proving he/they are as entertaining as ever.
