Sorry this took so long to come out, but here it is! This is the companion piece to Suspended Wake by CrypticOne5699 and myself. I took a while to be done with it, because at first I just didn't really feel right about it, so I left it be for a week or so before coming back to it, and I've just been chipping away at it since then. Kinda got the Foreign Influence treatment lol. Anyways, this song I think is very interesting, as is all of my music. This is the first one that I've tried a time signature change, going from 4/4 to 3/4. I don't know if I did it right, but it sounds fine so that's good. Cryptic sprinkled his magic into the song in some various places. This song has really highlighted for me the different sounds that me and him go for. I think I definitely gravitate more towards gritty, grimy, noisy, industrial sounds, and he goes for more clean sci-fi sounds. I'm not sure exactly how to describe them, but I think you can really tell the contrast on this track. I also just spent like three freakin' hours making the cover art, I think it turned out half decent. I wasn't really sure what to go for to capture 'alice in wonderland syndrome'. Should mention that this is something that I experience pretty rarely, where my environment feels big and small at the same time. It's really trippy, usually when it happens, it goes away really quickly.
