Hailing from Vienna, Steve Michael is the man behind our 117th release, 'NY Stomp' is a very 90s oriented EP nonetheless it's still very energetic and vibrant with its raw drums, synthesizers and rap vocals.

The EP is partly melodic but the main focus is on the groove
It has deep and beautiful elements perfectly fit for all dance floors.
The first track NY Stomp is a perfect body shaker thanks to its machine heavy bass bumping but it's also suffused with jazz, Jackin house and deep house influences.
Ghetto strugglez with its critical speech in the middle is rather deep and smooth to the ear. Late birds is mainly instrumental with a straight synth line that floats between a heavy old school drum section
