Oh yes, SNOE has reached its 10th release, and is celebrating with four big bangs! The release is the first in the V.A. series called “SNOEflakes”, which is a 4 track groove monster consisting of tracks from both well-known and new artists, the key is fatness. DJ Raid is back, this time with his buddy DJ Fronter. In „Everything Has Its Own Groove“ they have cooked together an incredibly addicting track with a kicking bassline and driving groove. As newcomer on the label, Ucha has joined the crew with the second track. “Flash Mob Attacks” only goes upwards and forwards. It kicks in with snappy percussions and drum loops, combined with intoxicating sounds where you can’t stand still. The third track comes from labelfriends Luigi Rocca and Manuel De La Mare. With "Samsara"  they add to the mixture a powerful, dark, and technoid heavyweight immediately recognized by its magnificent synth. Number four is the incredibly charming “7 Days” by mr. Whoami. It is a track that strikes a groove right away. You just want to move when it is rolling over the dancefloor with a fun and funky vibe, really making the release a bowl of candy with a special treat for everyone’s taste. Madrid based DJ and producer Dennis Cruz delivers two dance floor focussed house cuts on Solid Grooves this October.

A mainstay in the house and techno community, Dennis Cruz has consistently delivered high quality material on Stereo Productions, Snatch! and Suara to name but a few, garnering support from the likes of Marco Carola, Jamie Jones and Nic Fanciulli. This reputation has earned him a number of awards, including winning Best Producer in this year's DJ Awards, not to mention nominations for Best Spanish Artist, Best Producer and Best DJ from Vicious in 2016. Dennis Cruz' success in the industry continues this October with a busy touring schedule, featuring multiple performances at this year's ADE, as well as his return to Solid Grooves Records with 'Rock & Roll EP'.

'Rock & Roll' opens the release with a rumbling low end and grooved drum loops, allowing exciting snare rolls to build towards an inspiring vocal and hypnotic mid-range motifs before 'Get Ready' uses a vocal with more musicality which interacts the melodic bass hook, rising synth rhythms and shimmering hi hats to close out the release smoothly.

Ease The Pain' is the first EP of a completely new sounding string of releases and will be followed by offerings on Gigolo Records, Kompakt and Hot Creations amongst others. The idea of creating different tracks like these came to me when I was at DC10 at Circoloco this summer dancing in the crowd. The beat of 'Africana' was born at that moment and I also had a clear idea of the mood of the vocal. 'Ease The Pain', on the other hand, has a strong house identity, which I'm well known for, coupled with a current tech house beat.
