This month's Nugcast comes from a very well-known face of the Parisian underground circuit. 

@alexisnamur is the co-founder of Beau Mot Plage, a Paris Based Dj crew focused on the art of digging, that has become over the years one of the main actors of the nugs movement in France.
Alexis’ taste and skills grew as the crew built its reputation and it gave him the opportunity to play in some of the best clubs in France.
His main influences range from US west coast house, UK tech house and Breakbeat, European early prog and trance to 2000 minimal.
He likes to get deep in his sets and move between moods but always keeps a groovy foundation. 
He also has been producing music for many years now and frequently sparkles his sets with his own productions and edits. This podcast is no exception.

After an electrifying weekend where Balgi set the dancefloor on fire at our party, we returned to the studio, still buzzing with energy. Sharing our works in progress, Balgi seamlessly integrated his skills, igniting the creation of "Beginning of the Path," our debut track on the EP.

But the creative momentum didn't cease. Riding the wave, Balgi improvised, capturing those serene moments amidst the chaos, shaping "Adventure Awaits" and "Quiet Steps."

As Juan (aka Balgi) prepared to depart for his train, Pau and I were still brimming with creativity and determination. In a burst of inspiration, we penned the final tune for the EP, "Landing Spot." Sending it to Juan while he was on the train, he responded with the perfect vocals, completing the EP with finesse—a perfect procedure for an interstellar landing. "Everybody, put your mask on," we added to the description, symbolizing the journey's adventurous spirit.

Fueled by a profound musical connection and a shared vision, our EP has taken shape. Each track is a testament to our collective passion and the synergy between us. Join us as we embark on this sonic journey, inviting you to immerse yourself in our world of sound.

Alan Parrish, co-founder of 756 and one half of the duo Dirty Handz, embodies musical versatility. Immersed in the captivating rhythms of soul and funk from an early age, he quickly developed a strong interest in underground hip-hop, exploring both the art of graffiti and music.

His musical journey eventually led him to electronic music, which he explores with a particular fascination. A passionate collector, Alan places equal importance on technique and meticulous selection. His talent lies in his ability to blend diverse influences to create captivating and dynamic sets. Always in search of new sounds, he continues to push the boundaries of music with creativity and passion.

We are back on our podcast series with a new mix from London based Sohrab. He is one half of Get Well, a duo of music lovers and keen diggers who unpretentiously put on quality underground parties in the Capital with the right approach.

Through the years Sohrab has carved his own style of digging and djing, not sticking to any particular trend: subtle, nostalgic and minimalistic. We are very happy to welcome him to our podcast series.
