I think Chara is a good person. They punish you the genocide, and only hurt their self. But your deeds turned them to power.

This sounds like Chara's version of "Finale" if Megalo Strike Back or similar was their "Your Best Nightmare", so to speak. This is the point where you have to face a near-impossible wave of pure human power. The music would switch one last time to something far more depressing (think something similar to "You Idiot" or "But Nobody Came") if they fail and you do survive somehow.
