From fighting food waste to transitioning the food systems, what are the UNDP Accelerator Labs working on and learning? 

In the spirit of working out loud, we discuss via a Twitter Space session the importance of food, and how our Accelerator Labs in Fiji, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Peru are working and strengthening the food system in their respective countries – the way we grow, produce and distribute food - which is deeply entwined with climate change and in achieving the SDGs. In addition, hear from a young local entrepreneur in South Africa who is on a mission of building a Black Soldier fly breeding system to eliminate food waste.

We are all members of the global food system, and we all have the responsibility to act now for the future.
